Our story
Growing the Valley since 1868
Founded as the Cowichan Agricultural Society, the Exhibition is one of British Columbia's oldest agricultural fairs. Our first hall was built in 1888 for under $400; in 2009 the fair moved to today's grounds on Mays Road.
We are a non-profit society, run by members and volunteers who keep the Valley's farming traditions alive — and open the grounds to the whole community year-round.
