Clear pricing, no surprises
Each space lists its rates on its own page. Every booking gets a written quote before you commit.
- All prices before 5% GST.
- A 50% booking deposit secures your date; the balance is due 30 days before the event. Damage deposits are refunded within 14 days after inspection.
- Community rates apply to registered non-profits, charities and Cowichan Valley community groups.
